The mix also contains other trace minerals. It is high in water-soluble vitamins like B-complex and C. It is not very high in A, D, E, or K2 (because they are fat-soluble).

Take daily but can be taken more than once per day without issue.

Daily Dosage:

Ages 1-5: 20 drops
Ages 6-12: 20-40 drops
Ages 13+: 40-60 drops

Can mix it into juice or tea to make it easier to take. Tastes sweet and minty!
