Frequently Asked Questions

  • Local orders cannot be combined with online-only orders

  • All items available for local pick-up can be found by going to Shop → Local Pick-Up. Orders placed Monday - Friday by 11am PST will be ready the same day between 3pm - 7pm PST. Orders placed after 11am PST, will be ready the next day between 9am - 11am or 3pm - 7pm PST. Orders placed on the weekend will be available for Monday pick-up.

    An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up and must be retrieved within 48 hours or a refund will be issued. For special/urgent requests, please email theholisticmrs@gmail.com

  • All online only orders will take you directly to the retailer’s website for easy checkout. All online only orders are subject to shipping + tax where applicable.

  • Nope! You will only be charged for the items you order + sales tax

  • All local orders are FINAL SALE. The brands I work with do not accept returns from me.

  • For all online only orders, please refer to the retailer’s return/exchange policy on their website.

  • Things happen! Please have someone pick up the order for you; or, your item will be held for 2 days. Because I do not require shipping fees, orders must be picked up within a 2-day window or will be placed back for sale on the website and your order will be refunded back to the account used to purchase.
