I created this from my recent craving for soda. The bubbles have been comforting to my achy tummy and there’s a bit of nostalgia drinking a Sprite with some crushed ice! Grab the popcorn, please!
You know I’m all about balance. It’s important to be aware of what your body craves and, at the same time, ask yourself why.
Good news, though! I created a yummy alternative to the harsh ingredients in a regular soda all while satisfying my craving – the texture, the bubbles, the refreshing cool water. The touch of ginger brings it all together.
Soothing Ginger Tummy Tonic
3-4 ice cubes or 1/4c crushed ice
1-2 drops CPTG Ginger essential oil
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass with a stainless steel or bamboo straw (or a spoon, if you don’t have a straw)
Sip + Enjoy!
